Dress To Impress Are Making A Tate McRae’s Revolving Door Dance Pose

We’ve had some really fun pose packs added to Dress To Impress lately, like the Valentine’s Pose Pack, and StudioZac has done a sneak peek in the DTI Discord, of an upcoming pose that’s going to be added to the game, and Tate McRae fans are going to love it.

Since the Halloween update back in October, we’ve seen some fun, more animated pose packs added to the game, like the Halloween pose pack, the Troll pose pack, the Winter pose pack, and the Valentine’s pose pack.

The first ever animated, dance pose we got, was way back in the Brat x Charli XCX update, with the iconic Apple Dance.

In the Dress To Impress Discord, Zac shared an animation (shown now) and simply asked “who can guess this dance”, and Discord members correctly guessed that it was the Tate McRae Revolving Door dance, from her Revolving Dance official video, that launched two weeks ago.

In the video, Tate lifts her right leg up and behind her head, before doing a back bend with her hands on the floor and her right leg pointed straight up.

When players guessed that it was Tate’s Revolving Door dance, Zac asked if we’d like it in the game, and everyone said yes!

So, Zac announced “ok ill finish it and we can add it soon“, confirming that this back bend dance move will be added to Dress To Impress as a pose soon.

We don’t know how soon “soon” will be, but it’s likely it’ll be part of a pose pack, as they don’t ever launch singular poses, so maybe it’ll launch as part of an upcoming spring or Easter themed update?

As of today, we don’t have any pending announced updates, but it’s likely the next big update would be in April, to coincide with Easter, if the DTI 2024 updates are anything to go by.

This pose looks like it would be a fun addition to the game, and it’d be perfect for themes like Gymnastics or Olympics, for a more animated effect on the runway, and it’ll be fun to be able to use it within Style Showdown too.
