Dress To Impress has announced a brand new exciting feature within the fan-favorite dress-up game.
We already have the DTI advent calendar, winter update and winter quests to look forward to, but they’re also launching a brand new event, where every week they’ll bring back an “old item” they removed from the game.

Starting from the 14th of December, which is the same date the DTI winter update launches, Dress To Impress is going to bring back one “old item” to the game, for just one week only.
We don’t know how long this event will run, but it’s likely to run until the end of winter update, which officially ends on January 14th 2025, to attract new players to the game.
How Does The Dress To Impress Old Item Of The Week Event Work?
Once a week, Dress To Impress are going to reintroduce an old item from the game, so we can use the item, take photos and have fun using the removed item.
A X user asked how the new event is going to work, and if it’s going to be like the Brat update.
All the Brat items are permanently available for those that played during the Brat promotional period, but if you didn’t play during the Brat update, you’ll never be able to get your hands on them.
BeaPlays confirmed that the items that are brought back during the Old Item Of The Week feature will only be available for one week, and once that week is up, they’re gone.
So, we won’t be able to keep them within our dressing room inventory, unfortunately.
The DTI Twitter account mentioned “Don’t be too sad though, there’s always chances for it to come back. 😉”, so maybe the items will be back again in the future.
The first item available as part of the Dress To Impress Old Item Of The Week Event is the Heart Cutout Dress, which will launch on the 14th December, and will disappear on the 21st of December.
This dress is a cute strapless dress with cutout slit details on the bottom on both thighs, and a heart cutout detail on the rib cage area.
It looks like the dress has had a revamp since it was first available in the game, and the top of the dress looks remarkably similar to the Halloween corset dress.
I’m gutted it won’t be available long-term, but it’s a fun idea to have something new to look forward to each week. I can’t wait to see which item will return each week.
