Dress To Impress Style Showdown Game Mode Prize Revealed!

The Dress To Impress Style Showdown new game mode is finally set to launch this Saturday (March 1st), after two failed launches in February.

It’s a completely new gameplay mode, that’s said to be a cross between RuPaul’s Drag Race and the Survivor TV show.

Not only are we getting a whole new way to play Dress To Impress, but there’s actually going to be an amazing set as a prize, for those that win! Keep on reading to find out more…

Style Showdown is the hotly anticipated fashion competition, which was originally teased back in early January.

It’s a lot more different to the standard Dress To Impress, as there are a number of rounds, and with each round, players vote for their favorites, and the least favorite outfits get eliminated from the competition, and they literally fall through trap doors on the floor.

Style Showdown is hosted by Lana herself, and there are a minimum of 12 players per competition.

Players vote for their favorites, and we get brand new ranks for this competition, so your current DTI ranks will not carry through to Style Showdown; we will all be starting as “New Contestant” once it launches, and we’ll have to work our way through the ranks to improve our Style Showdown rank.

BeaPlays announced in the DTI Discord, that there’s going to be a new set launching on Saturday, and it’s going to be a prize for Style Showdown, so the only way to get your hands on this gorgeous new set, is to play Style Showdown, and win a round – beating the other 11 players in the process… ouch.

It’s not going to be easy, as it’s going to be ultra competitive, with everyone going to want this brand new set, as it’s gorgeous.

In the reveal video, we can see a silver, spiked metal headdress with a dangling jewel in the front.

Long PVC gloves with a feather effect around the top.

A boned corset top, which is either separate, or attached to a feathery skirt.

In the background, you can see the name Diar, which is one of the designers for DTI, so it looks like this outfit/set was created by Diar.

It looks like there might possibly be a new makeup look too? This makeup look (on Lana) looks very different to what we have in-game right now?

Lots of people are asking, is it going to be a currency item? But if you read the caption, it explicitly says that it’s a prize reward for Style Showdown, so you don’t need to worry about farming to get this specific set.

Although, it has been mentioned that there’s going to be a Style Showdown Walk Pack, which looks like it will be a currency item, so that’s something to consider, if you don’t yet have enough currency in-game.

Make sure you use my private server, to farm as much in-game currency as you can, in time for Saturday’s launch.
