Whenever there’s a new DTI update, the Dress To Impress Discord is flooded with questions, so the mods tend to lock the channels, and they create a FAQs list of all the most frequently asked questions.
Not everyone has Discord access, so I wanted to share all the many update questions people have asked, and the helpful responses from the DTI team, incase you too have any of these questions right now.

Are bugs going to be fixed?
Yes, we are actively working on fixing all the known bugs we are aware of as quickly as possible. Please be patient with us as we try to fix them one by one.
Are dressing rooms being removed?
Dressing rooms will not be removed in this update.
However, developers are focusing on gradually introducing chests and other features, which will pave the way for the eventual removal of dressing rooms in future updates.
Are there limited codes in the new update?
There are no limited-time codes in the Valentines update. There will be codes, just not limited for a specific hour.
Are any of the old items going to come back?
Some of the old items will return, but they will be reworked.
Are there any codes besides CUPIDSCLOUD?
Yes, there are two codes for this Valentine’s update.
You can find the second code on social media, but please refrain from asking for it here.
Are more large updates planned for the future?
Yes, we plan to have more updates in the future.
Are there rank rewards available for the new ranks?
Yes, some of them have rewards, but not all, as they are still being developed. You can check the rank rewards by clicking on the new ranks.
Are the new rank exclusive servers only available in private servers?
Yes, they are currently only available in private servers for testing purposes.
What are the new codes?
One new public code is, CUPIDSCLOUD, available until March 1st. The other code can be found through
Ellaparis social media accounts!
What happened to the DTI leggings?
They’re still here, just toggle the pink shorts to access them.
What are the ranks that offer rewards?
Ranks that include prizes are Runway Queen (Diars bag), Trendsetter (big dress), Runway Diva (crown), Top Model (silk robe), and Supernova (floral crown).
What happened to the Winter pose pack?
The winter pose pack has been removed from the shop and is only available seasonally, during December or other winter months.
What are the new rank exclusive servers?
The new rank exclusive servers are private servers designated for certain ranks. They are essentially private servers that allow for customization according to your preferences.
What influencers or developers have codes this update?
The only influencer confirmed to have a code this update is Ellaparis.
What was the process for deciding which items to remove?
The decision was based on identifying items that caused the most lag and crashes, rather than on visual similarities. We utilized software to determine which items were the most problematic. All removed items will be reworked and optimized before returning.
Where is the hotdog suit?
The hotdog can be found near the scarves and neck accessories, on the floor next to the plant. Look for the small hotdog icon.
Where are the brat items?
The Brat items can be found inside the Apple chest, which is located behind the new Valentine’s items, near the shoes.
Where is the cupcake suit?
The cupcake is hidden near the Queen of Hearts frame.
Look on the floor below for a cupcake icon that you can click to wear!
Where can I buy pose packs?
On the right middle side of your screen, click the pose button, then click the tape icon next to the star to access the pose shop.
Where are the tanning areas?
Near the hair and makeup area, there are tanning tubes you can click on to change your skin tone.
Where can I find the Easter dress?
We’re currently working on updating you guys about the Easter dress. Please hold off on asking for now, we’ll inform you as soon as we have news.
Where is the feather dress located?
You can find it inside the Christmas box near the shoes and the new Valentine’s items. Please be aware that if you didn’t get this dress from the advent calendar, you won’t be able to access it at all.
Where can I find the VIP Angel wings?
The VIP Angel wings are located on the left wall in the VIP area.
Where can I find Cupids bow and arrow?
Cupid and the arrow are located in the VIP section, near other Valentine’s items below the shelf.
Where are the new rank exclusive servers?
They are currently only available in private servers that you need to purchase.
Where can I find the Lunar New Year update items?
All the items are in the dressing rooms, inside the code section. If you don’t have them, it means you didn’t redeem any of the codes.
Where can I find the items from the Christmas update?
You can find them inside the Christmas box near the shoes, behind the new Valentine’s items. Please be aware that if you didn’t get these items from the advent calendar or holiday events, you won’t be able to access them at all.
Where can I find codes if I can’t access them in the server?
You can find codes on social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Just search for “DTI New Codes” or check the latest posts from influencers related to the codes. They usually share them on their accounts!
Where do I buy all the past currency items or Robux items?
The currency shop is in the middle on the left side of your screen. Click the golden star icon, then a tab will pop up, and you’ll see a dress surrounded by currency.
Click that to see all the currency items, including Robux ones.
Where can I find saved rewards from past updates and quests?
To find your saved reward items, head to the dressing rooms near the salon. Once you’re inside, a tab will open. Check the trophy section, and your items should appear. Scroll through to locate the ones you’re looking for.
When is Style Showdown releasing?
Style showdown will be releasing at Saturday 15 February 2025 or in 6 days.
When will the Style Showdown private servers be released?
The private servers will not be available immediately after the game mode is released, but there are plans to introduce them in the future, just not soon.
Will there be more codes?
Yes, we do plan to release more codes in the future.
Will my round prizes reset?
No, your prizes will not reset. The rewards you earn from rounds are permanent and do not require you to play repeatedly to retain them.
Will certain codes come back?
At this time, we can’t confirm any will return.
Will game passes go on sale again?
This is currently uncertain.
Will we ever improve mobile quality?
We are currently just focused on reducing lag to better improve mobile experiences for everyone.
Will Easter or mermaid items return?
We can’t confirm anything right now, but it’s likely they won’t.
Will the Queen of Hearts set be limited?
Yes, the Queen of Hearts set will remain available until Valentine’s Day. However, there is no specific date for its removal, so please don’t ask until further notice.
Will my round progress save if I leave mid-game?
Yes, your progress in rounds will be saved, so you don’t have to worry about losing it when you leave.
Will there be a part two to the Valentine’s update?
Yes, there will be a part two, which will be released on Saturday 15 February 2025.
Will exclusive items ever return? Will they be free?
Probably not, and if they do, we can’t confirm whether they will be free or paid.
Will the Valentine packs and set be removed after the update?
The currency set will remain, but the Robux set is exclusive to Valentine’s. Purchaseable patterns may leave the shop but will stay if you purchase them.
Why did we introduce ranks as rewards?
We wanted to make the game more engaging and give players a reason to aim for specific roles, rather than just ranking up for the sake of it.
Why are the Valentine patterns currency?
The patterns are part of a pattern pack; some artists wanted to create exclusive packs, similar to the new makeup pack. There will still be free options available in each update.
Why don’t we allow sharing influencer codes?
We don’t allow it because it undermines the purpose of influencers receiving the recognition they deserve for collaborating with us on updates. If we release influencer codes, they miss out on benefits like increased views and interactions!
Why were the male pants and shorts changed?
We redesigned many of the pants, and now male characters can wear a wider variety of female items too.
Why aren’t the buttons or VIP rooms working?
We are aware that some buttons are currently malfunctioning, likely due to issues with Roblox’s system crashing. Please try rejoining and be patient until the problem is resolved. Also, please don’t open tickets regarding this issue, we are actively working on fixing it!
How do l equip ears?
To equip ears, go to the settings menu. A tab will open, and you’ll see an option labeled “default ears.” Toggle it to “yes.”
How are items organized?
Items are sorted by category.
How can I change servers?
On the bottom left of your screen, there should be a heart icon. Click that, then all the servers should appear, click whichever to switch servers.
How do I get access to tickets?
Tickets are currently being opened and closed due to high demand. To access tickets, go to the # • tickets channel. If you cannot open a ticket, it means they are currently closed.
How do l access my Code items?
You have to access them through the dressing rooms across the salon. When you enter, a tab will open, once it does go to the code section and they should appear.
How do I equip the new rank rewards?
You can equip them in the dressing rooms. If you don’t see a reward, it means you haven’t reached that rank yet.
How do I create private free play servers?
Start by going into the DTI Roblox tab, then scroll down to the servers section. Make sure you own a server or are using a friend’s. Join it, and on the intro screen, you should see the option for server mode and then free play servers. Click that and you’ll have access to it!
How do I start the new Valentine’s Day quest?
You can start the Valentine’s Day quest by going to the portal located in the lobby, or by clicking the “swap servers” button at the bottom left of the screen and selecting “Valentine’s Quest.”
How do I switch between day and night mode?
When you click the settings icon, a tab will pop up, click that and select either day or night mode. The day switch means light mode, and the night switch means dark mode. Click it to switch modes.
How do I get the new pattern and makeup pack?
Go to the Shop and click on the new face and pattern icon. A tab will pop up for you to purchase and preview them!
How much currency do I need in total for the update?
You will need a total of 17,000 currency to purchase all the items available in part one of the update.
I can’t access the brat section, will l ever be able to?
Only players who participated during the brat event can access items in the brat section by clicking the apple. If you missed the brat update, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to access any of the items.
I bought the Queen of Hearts set, but it’s not showing up in my inventory?
If the set isn’t appearing in your inventory, please try joining a server that is running the latest version and has been up for a short time. If it still doesn’t show up, let us know, and we can initiate the item restoration process.
I purchased the Queen of Hearts set when the price was higher. Can I get a refund for the price difference?
Unfortunately, since you bought the pass before the official price was established and this was not a bug or glitch on our end, you are not eligible for a refund.
However, you can reach out to Roblox support to inquire about a potential refund through them. We apologize for the inconvenience!
If I’m in Freeplay, how do I wear items that require 3 rounds?
You need to play 3 normal rounds before returning to Freeplay.
If some of the currency items were removed and not refunded, does that mean they’ll be coming back soon?
Yes, if currency items are removed and you haven’t received a refund, it means they will be added back.
The only way to know if they’re permanently removed is if they disappear and you receive a refund
If I missed the Easter quest and didn’t receive the Easter dress, will I have another chance to get it in the future?
Unfortunately, it’s unlikely. We typically introduce new items for each major holiday, so there is a low chance it will return. As of now, if you missed out, you won’t be able to get the Easter dress again.
Is there a specific reason why the Queen of Hearts set became a Robux item?
We haven’t released a Robux set in a long time, so we decided to do so.
Have any pose packs been removed?
Yes, any temporary holiday packs have been taken down from the shop, not your inventory.
Can I use the makeup pack without custom makeup?
No, you cannot use the custom makeup options in the makeup pack unless you have custom makeup. You can only use the preset faces.
The bonnet only has two color options, and one of them does not work. Is this a bug?
Yes, this is a known bug, so please don’t report it! We’re actively working on a fix.
