The long awaited Dress To Impress Winter Update is finally here, and there’s a lot of new stuff to be excited about.
My favorite part of any update is the new clothing and accessories, as it makes it so much fun to play rounds of Dress To Impress.
I’m going to talk you through every single new item in the Dress To Impress Winter update, including showing you every single toggle, so you can see every item in the different variations. So, keep on reading to find out more…
The Dress To Impress winter update launched on December 14th, and Roblox actually crashed due to how many live players were trying to access Dress To Impress when the update went live.
It was a crazy 30 mins that’s for sure, but it was exciting to see that Roblox broke their all-time player count, with 10.34 million players yesterday ahead of the update.
During the winter update, we got new pose packs, an advent calendar with daily treats, new patterns, new hairstyles, new makeup, two new code items, new lobby, new runway, new three-part Christmas quest, new clothes and new accessories.
I am going to show you both the new clothes and accessories in VIP and also the non-VIP newness too. Let’s get onto the new stuff, and all the amazing toggles!
New Dress To Impress Winter Update VIP Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
The very first item within the DTI winter update in the VIP section is this metallic filigree crown, with an intricate filigree design with gems that surround the full crown.
The standard color is an icy blue color (#c2f2ff).
It doesn’t offer any toggles or variations, but you can change the color of the crown’s metal and the crown’s jewels.
You cannot use patterns on the metal part of the crown, but you can use patterns to color the jewels on the crown.
Next up in the New DTI Winter Update VIP Items selection is a two-piece set of intricate Indian-style jewelry.
There’s a set of drop earrings, and a matching necklace. Both items can be worn individually, or together.
They’d pair beautifully with M0t0Princesss’s crown (code: M0T0PRINCESSWAV).
Both the earrings and necklace are a bright orange gold color by default (#ff9700), and you cannot use patterns on either the necklace or earrings.
You can change the color of the metal on the necklace and earrings, and then change the color of the jewels.
We then have something a little different, and it’s a pair of glasses. They’re round, oversized glasses with a half white and half orange gold color design around the lenses, with dangling chains attached from the lenses, which connect to the ears like earrings.
The chains feature intricate stars and moons, and the two-tone design are by default #ffdec7 and #ffab66, and you can color the metal of the glasses, the chains that dangle from the frames, and even the lenses, using both colors and patterns.
The next item is a brand-new fur stole, and technically this is actually a rework item for VIP. There always used to be a fur stole in VIP, near the picnic basket, on the mannequin with the oversized hat (which has now been moved to this mannequin within the Xmas section).
That stole can no longer be found in VIP at all, so I’d assume it’s been reworked and this is the new and improved stole. It’s a lot more plush and now has a prettier design.
This new fur stole comes in an off-white by default (#fcfaff), and you can color the stole to only colors (no patterns), and hanging from the stole are periwinkle colored filigree-inspired jewels, which again, you can color (default color is #988fcf).
You can use patterns on the hanging jewels, but you cannot use patterns on the fur part of the stole. There is a toggle with this item: high and low, so you can choose where the stole sits on the arms.
The next item is my personal favorite new DTI winter update VIP item, and it’s this beautiful Christmas dress. This dress has six different toggles (all shown above):
- Default
- No Fur
- No Fur & Lace
- No Fur, Lace & Corset
- No Corset
- No Corset & Fur
It’s the prettiest festive dress, and the amount of toggles is amazing, as it makes it incredibly versatile. You can use patterns on every single part of the dress, so it makes it even more customizable.
By default, it’s a deep red color (#710002), off-black (#342f2d) and off-white (#f8f8f8), with a bronze color (#cc8e69) for the metal clasps on the front.
I can’t get over how stunning this dress is, and because it’s so customizable, it would work for so many themes post-Christmas (if we get to keep it once the winter update is removed).
We now have our first pair of new footwear, and it’s a super cute pair of winter fur-lined lace-up boots, which complement the Christmas dress beautifully.
The winter fur-lined lace-up boots have four toggles;
- Default
- Tall
- Short
- Flat
By default, the boots have a platform heel to them, but you can opt for a flat option, which isn’t completely flat, it’s a wedge heel, instead of a platform heel.
The boots are a pale tan color for the suede (#ca997c), a deeper tan for the heel (#936f5b) off-white for the fur (#fffbf6) and a mid-brown (#624a3c) for the laces.
You can use patterns on the suede and heels, but you cannot use patterns to customize the fur or laces – only colors.
Next up is a suede and fur-lined lace-up corset, which matches the aforementioned boots.
There are no toggles with this corset whatsoever, and the colors match the colors of the boots; suede (#ad8a74), fur (#e7d8d7) and brown laces (#876a52).
However, you can use patterns on the suede, fur and laces (and plain colors0, whereas you can’t with the boots.
To match the boots and corset, the next item is the suede and fur-lined mini shorts.
These shorts are very, very short, with a suede design all over in the same beige color (#ad8a74), and lined with fur (#e7d8d7) and by default come with a large D metallic letter (#b7b7b7) on the front, with a brown (#876a52) lace belt.
These shorts come with two toggles;
- 1 (shorts with the D belt attached)
- 2 (shorts without the D belt attached)
You can use patterns and plain colors on all four parts of these shorts.
The next pair of boots is this amazing pair of super high stiletto, pointed-toe mid-calf fur-lined leather boots.
These boots do not have any toggles available, and allow you to change the color of the tan leather (#97634d), beige fur (#d9a888), belt (#111111) and belt strap buckle (#725346).
I kinda wish there was a length option on these, so we could have them as ankle boots, knee-high boots and mid-calf boots, like we do with the Leah Ashe boots.
To go with these boots, there’s a matching handbag. It’s a leather fur lined purse with a metallic buckle clasp.
This purse has three toggles, which choose how you want to hold the bag;
- Hand
- Elbow
- Shoulder
You can change the color of the leather (#846752), the fur (#eab892) and the buckle clasp (#ffb083). You can use patterns to change the color of the leather and the fur, but not the buckle – you can only use solid colors for the buckle.
Our next item is an item which was sneak peeked from the DTI Winter update, and it’s this beautiful monochrome cuffed shirt dress.
This dress has three different toggles;
- Default (shirt and skirt attached)
- Top only
- Skirt only
It’s a button-up shirt, with a ribbed color and matching ribbed detailing on the sleeves, with a pleated skirt.
We can have the shirt on its own, and have the pleated skirt on its own.
By default, the shirt is an off-white (#f8f8f8), the cuffs are black (#111111), the skirt is black (#111111), and the buttons on the shirt are silver (#a3a2a5).
We can use patterns and solid color on all parts of the item, so the shirt, skirt, cuffs and buttons.
Next up, we have this strapless, fur-lined tailored jacket. This one is so pretty, and the main material as a subtle shine to it, so it looks like leather or satin/silk.
This item has no toggles available, and has thick white fur lining the cuffs (#f8f8f8), a thick triple band of white fur around the top (#f8f8f8), and has white (#f8f8f8) shiny round buttons.
You can use both patterns and solid colors on all three parts of this jacket.
The next item is so random, and doesn’t really fit in with a winter or Christmas theme, but it’s a two-piece armor set.
First up is a pair of armored thigh-high boots with leggings attached. There are two toggles;
- Default (the boots and leggings together)
- Only boots
The boots are pointed-toe stiletto thigh-high boots, with pretty intricacies and raised detailing, and the leggings are metallic, to look like a suit of armor.
The boots by default are an off-white (#dbdbdb), with bronze straps above the knees (#cea184), pale pink jewels (#e7adba) and cream (#dbc4a6) leggings.
You cannot use patterns on the boots, but you can use patterns for the straps above the knee, the jewels and the leggings.
To go with the boots, there’s a chest armor piece.
There’s one toggle available, and it’s to remove the “garment” hanging piece of material on the hip.
By default, this chest plate is matching in color to the boots, and you change the color of the metal plate, the “abs” section, the jewels on the chest, and the hanging material.
You cannot use patterns on the metal part of the chest armor or the jewels, but you can use patterns on the ab section and the hanging material.
The last item in the VIP section for the winter update, is the arm armor sleeves.
There are no toggles available, but match the colors of the matching chest armor and boots.
Let’s take a look at all the new items in non-VIP next…
First up, we have an item which was sneak peeked ahead of the update, and it has so many customizations. It’s a strapless, fur-lined belted mini-dress, which can be worn in many ways.
It comes with three toggles, and two switches, so technically five toggles;
- Strapless fur-lined belted mini-dress (1)
- Strapless belted sleeveless asymmetrical top (2)
- Strapless belted top (3)
- All 3 versions with a straps toggle
- All 3 versions with an overlap toggle
- On some variations you can remove the fur bottom
This is a really fun item as it does offer so many variations, and the fact you can wear it as a dress or a top, with fur or without, with straps or without.
You can use both patterns and solid colors on all different parts of this item; dress/top, fur, straps, buckles and belt, to make it even more customizable.
The next item is a pair of star-shaped earmuffs with a thin band connecting the two muffs.
We do already have a pair of round ear-muffs, but they have a thick band, so I like this thinner band option, which is easy to disguise with most hairstyles.
There are no toggles with these earmuffs, but you can use patterns and solid color to change the star-shaped muffs, and the band on the top.
The next item in the non-VIP section, is this adorable beret hat with a bow and hanging pompoms.
This beret doesn’t have any toggles or options, and comes by default in a bright pink (#ff6f95), with a baby pink bow (#ffd2e4) and off-white pompoms (#f8f8f8).
You can use patterns and solid colors for all three parts of this hat, so the hat itself, the bow and the pompoms.
To go with the hat, there’s a matching fur-lined bomber jacket with oversized pockets.
This jacket comes in the same bright pink as the hat (#ff6f95), has fur lining the color in an off-white (#ffffff), a lighter pink color on the waist trim (#ffa4c4), and an orange gold (#ffac63) on the zip.
The zip has a cute hanging heart shaped charm. You can use patterns on the main part of the jacket and the waistband. But you cannot use patterns on the fur or the zip.
There are two toggles with this jacket;
- Default (fur-lined short jacket)
- Remove Fur (short jacket without fur on the collar and cuffs)
To match the aforementioned jacket and hat, there’s also a tiered three-color mini skirt with gold heart chain belt.
This skirt doesn’t have any toggles, but you can color the heart chain belt and the fur of the skirt.
By default, the skirt has a gold colored (#ffac63) heart chain belt, a bright pink in the top section – but if you change the color of the belt, it automatically changes the top layer of fur. I don’t know if this is a glitch, as they’re different colors by default.
The section below is a bright pink (#ff7895) and the bottom tier of the skirt is a dark magenta (#c31a6c).
Then to go with the hat, jacket and skirt, there’s also a pair of matching boots.
These are a pair of knee-high quilted fur-lined boots with a bow and pompoms.
These boots have chunky fur around the top, a bright pink (#ff6f9d) quilted section at the top and matching color heels, pale pink (#ffc5de) on the toe section, white pompoms (#ffffff), and a gold zip (#ffb472).
DTI didn’t give us any toggles for these boots, and you can only use patterns to color the heel and lace on the pompoms. Sadly we can’t use patterns anywhere else on the boots, which is a shame.
Next we have some jewelry, and it’s two separate pieces, which can be worn individually, or together.
It’s a large pair of jeweled hoop earrings with a drop earring center, and a matching headpiece, in the same design.
There are no toggles on the earrings, and no toggles on the headpiece, but there are three sections to color and customize.
They’re gold by default (#ffb578) with mint green jewels (#9dffa4) and pale pink pearl details (#fff2d4).
You cannot use patterns anywhere on the earrings or headpiece.
We have an item next, which is a return, which delight many Dress To Impress fans. and it’s the pearl collar necklace.
It was removed before supposedly due to “lag”, so I’d assume this rework has addressed that issue.
It’s the prettiest necklace in the entire game, in my opinion, and is a string of different sized pearls, and is open at the front, making it unlike any other necklace in the game too.
By default, its color is (#f8f8f8), and you can use patterns and solid colors to customize it.
Another rework/return item, which will delight players again. It’s the fluffy halo headband.
People were gutted when this was removed, especially as there are so many angel themes within the game.
Before, it had more of a feather appearance, and it wasn’t great in all honesty. This upgrade is amazing, and there are no toggles.
It comes with a white band and white fur halo (#f8f8f8), and you cannot change the color of the halo (WHY?), but you can change the color of the band.
This is madness to me, especially with the viral one color angel outfit looks on TikTok right now.
The next item is my favorite addition to the entire game; fishnet stockings.
Before now, if you wanted fishnet tights, you had to equip the tights, and then change them to a fishnet pattern, and it only worked if it was a set skintone.
Now, we have specific fishnets, and they have multiple variations and toggles, and only solid colors work on them;
- 1 – standard fishnet stockings
- 2 – fishnets with uneven natural looking tears
- 3 – fishnets with elongated tears
- 4 – fishnets with heart shape tears
- 5 – (genuinely see no difference between toggle 5 and toggle 2)
- Feet option (removes them from feet so no clipping issues within shoes)
The fact that we can now color them, and remove feet is amazing. I love that none of them come with the stockings over the toes, so we can wear all the sandals and peep toe shoes without clipping issues.
We have a fun hat next, which will work nicely for nutcracker themes. It’s a nutcracker style military hat.
This hat will be epic for festive themes, but also themes like uniform, detective, cops etc.
It comes with two toggles;
- 1 – hat with jewels and sequins and a jeweled badge at the top.
- 2 – plain hat without jewels/sequins and plain badge lower down.
You can use patterns to customize the main section of the hat, but not the jewels and sequins. You can use patterns on the badges, though.
Then we have an off the shoulder button-up tailored jacket.
It doesn’t have any toggles, with just two sections to color.
It comes in white by default (#f8f8f8) and white buttons (#f8f8f8), although, this jacket is white on the shelf, but when you put it on, it turns to black.
You can use patterns on both parts of the jacket; the jacket and the buttons.
Next in the DTI Winter Update New Items are these adorable knitted flared cuffs with pompoms and lace detailing.
These are so cute, with two toggles;
- Cuffs
- Gloves
Allowing you to wear them as cuffs or gloves. Both versions have a cute bow and hanging pompom detailing, and when worn as cuffs, there’s a band of lace around the bottom, looking so feminine and cute.
By default they’re a mid-pink color (#ffadac) with a pale pink bow and lace (#ffd2e4), white pompoms (#f8f8f8) and pink trim (#ffd2e4).
We then have a mini skirt, and it’s a fur-lined belted mini skirt.
This mini skirt comes with the following toggles;
- Belts On
- Belts Off
Allowing you to remove the three different sizes of belt across the front of the skirt.
The skirt looks to be a suede effect (like some of the items in the VIP section for the winter update), and the main part is dark brown (#3f3731), the belt straps are a mid-brown (#7c6150), the furs are off-white (#e2e1e5) and the buckles are silver (#cdccd0).
You can use patterns on all four sections of this skirt.
We have an amazing belt next, and I absolutely love it. It’s a thick-embossed leather wide belt with a large buckle and large DTI chain detailing.
This belt has an upside down “C” for the buckle, and it’s in a silver color (#a3a2a5), the leather belt is a very dark gray (#322a2a) and the DTI letters are white (#ffffff).
There is only one toggle, but it’s the best one, as it adds a set of three tiered chains hanging down from the right side of the belt.
There’s no option to remove the DTI letters sadly, but the color of the DTI letters match the chains, so you have to have them matching.
The next DTI Winter Update New Item is a three layer chain heart belt.
This belt has a metallic finish, and by default is a bright orange gold (#ffac63), and you cannot use patterns, only solid colors.
There’s another new belt, and this one is a brown leather belt with gold buckles.
No toggles with this one either, but the brown leather is (#3e2407), and the buckle and metal detailing is a light gold (#da9e62).
You cannot use patterns on the leather section of the belt, but you can use patterns on the metal sections.
We then have another item of footwear, and it’s a pair of winter boots, which are Timberland-style boots with cleated soles and laces.
There is one toggle, and that’s to have the boots both with and without ribbed socks.
The suede of the boots are light brown (#8c755d), the top of the boots and sole are a pale brown (#5f4234), the eyelets are a tan color (#8b766e) and the laces are also the same tan color (#7f736b).
The next item is the Dioncella boots, that were sneak peeked ahead of the update launch, and it’s a pair of pointed-toe, stiletto heel knee-high fur-lined buckle strap boots.
These boots feature fur lining the top of the boots, as well as along the center down to the pointed toe, and five straps around the leg of the boot, and one wide strap across the toe.
We have three toggle options;
- Default
- Less fur (removes the fur from the center of the boots)
- No fur (removes the fur entirely)
By default, the boots are a dark brown color (#5d5149), the straps are a brown color (#7c6150), the fur is an off-white (#e2e1e5), buckles are silver (#cdccd0) and the soles are cream (#fff4d3).
Really fun item prop for the next item, and it’s a large wrapped present box.
It’s a large red metallic box (#750000), with a dark green ribbon (#27462d) with gold ribbon trim (#aa5500).
There are no toggles or variations, but you can use patterns on all three sections of the gift box.
We then have another wintery prop, and this time it’s a mug of hot cocoa.
By default, the mug is a deep green (#706c51), the detailing around the top of the mug is white (#ffffff), the marshmallows are off-white (#e7dcd3), the two cinnamon sticks are brown (#916a56), and the hot chocolate is brown too (#916a56). No toggles or variations though.
The next item is a hat, and it’s a winter hat with dangling pompoms, which dangle from the two straps, but also on the back of the hat, like a santa hat vibe.
No toggles on this one, but by default it’s a light gray (#e7e7ec) with white (#ffffff) pompoms.
You can use patterns on both sections of this hat.
We have the most adorable hat next, and it’s a fur snood with teddy bear ears and a bow tie on the neck.
No toggles on this one, but by default it’s an off-white color (#f8f8f8), and you can use patterns on it.
There’s one more jacket (for now) and it’s this cropped fur-lined suede jacket.
The jacket does have a hood, but you can’t equip the hooded part of the jacket, and there are no toggles.
Suede section is a light beige (#debeb0), the fur is off-white (#f8f8f8) and the zip is a light brown (#9c8887).
We can use patterns on all three sections of this jacket.
One of the new code items is this adorable gyaru-inspired cardigan dress, with the code 1CON1CF4TMA.
It comes with multiple toggles and variations:
- Default
- Shirt Only
- Tied Jacket
The default option is a beige (#c1997d) colored cardigan gyaru-inspired dress, with a red satin bow (#712727) on the front, black buttons (#000000), off-white blouse (#fcfaff) and black (#000000) lace underskirt.
The shirt only option removes the cardigan, and leaves the shirt with the bow, but you can remove the bow with the bow slider toggle.
You lastly get the option to wear the cardigan tied around the waist, which is a nice layering option.
The update gave us a brand-new item as part of the main collection, and is not at all festive, and it’s this surgical/medical mask, which now appears alongside the hats and hairpieces near the summer collection.
This is a great addition, as so many people were making DIY mask hacks, so now they don’t have to. No toggles on the mask, and by default the color is blue (#b3d8ff), and you can change the color of the mask fabric, and the straps too.
