The Dress To Impress Advent Calendar 2024 Reveal!

2024 has been a crazy year for Dress To Impress. The Roblox fashion game even won three awards in the Roblox Innovation Awards; Builderman Choice of Excellence, Best Creative Direction, and Best New Experience.

I’ve already shared a detailed look at the Dress To Impress Winter Update, and the Christmas update has launched a very exciting advent calendar.

The Dress To Impress Winter Update launched on November 14th, and will completely finish on January 14th.

This festive and wintery themed update includes new clothes, new items, new poses, a new quest, a new lobby and an advent calendar.

Whenever the Dress To Impress team post in the Discord, looking for gameplay suggestions, there are always many requests for a Dress To Impress advent calendar, and thanks to StudioZac, we have confirmation.

In the Discord, a member asked Zac (DTI Development Manager); “Zac what’s the possibility of us getting an advent calendar?” and Zac replied “pretty big”.

People have been asking for a Dress To Impress advent calendar, as Royale High always have an advent calendar each year, so it would make sense that DTI would follow suit, and offer their own interpretation of a fashion-fuelled advent calendar treat for players.

The new advent calendar is amazing, with fifteen days of prizes.

People assumed the new DTI Christmas Update was going to launch on the 1st of December, after DTI had confirmed that there was going to be an advent calendar.

However, that was never going to be the case, as they hadn’t announced the launch date, nor had there been any build-up to the 1st.

The advent calendar started December 14th and runs for 15 days, taking us to Christmas Day.

The Dress To Impress Advent Calendar 2024

The Dress To Impress Advent Calendar has now officially launched, and we have to log in to the Dress To Impress game to claim a different prize every single day.

If you miss out on any of those days, you will sadly miss out on that day’s reward. So, make sure you log in every day, to ensure you don’t miss any of these promotional items.

The Dress To Impress Advent Calendar can be found as an icon on the right side of the screen, it’s a green wreath with a gold 25 in the center.

When you click the icon, a big advent calendar will appear in the center of the screen.

You’ll see the 15 numbered squares, and depending on the day, you’ll have to click the square to claim your prize.

At the bottom of the advent calendar, you’ll see a countdown timer, which will tell you how long you have to wait until you can claim the next day’s prize.

So, you know how long you have to wait, and also see sneak peek shadow outlines of what’s to come.

Also, if you log in every single day for the 15 days, you’ll receive an extra special reward at the end.

How absolutely gorgeous is this dress? It’s a floor length, feather and sequin gown, with long sleeves and a square neckline.

It’s the prettiest dress I’ve ever seen in the game, and it’s amazing that you can only get it if you finish all 15 days of the calendar, so do not miss a day, whatever you do.

Day-By-Day DTI Advent Calendar Prize Reveal

I will update this post every day, whenever a new item is available, so you can see all of the items in one place.

Day One – Santa Hat

It’s a simple fluffy Santa hat, which doesn’t have any toggles or customizations.

Day Two – Santa Boots & Stockings

For day two we got the most amazing pair of red ankle boots with a fur trim, and hanging white pompom, with a black belt around the top and gold metal accents.

You also get a pair of red mesh stockings, with a frilled trim around the thigh, with a red ribbon along the front, and gold metal accent.

There are three toggles;

• Default (boots with stockings together)
• Only Shoes (just the ankle boots)
• Only Socks (just the stockings)

Day Three – Santa Mini Dress

For day three, we got a Santa mini dress, with a dark red corset around the waist, with fur lining the top and bottom of the corset.

At the bottom of the corset, there’s two white fur pompoms. There are no toggles for the dress, but there are four sections you can color.

The main body of the mini dress is a bright red (#720400), the corset part is dark red (#430000), the fur trim and pompoms are off-white (#f8f8f8) and the metal clasps and boning on the corset is an orange gold color (#a05f35).

Day Four – Santa Bow Purse Bag

For day four, we have another item from the Santa set that was sneak peeked ahead of the winter update launch.

This time, it’s a bow-shaped handbag, with the clasp in the centre, and a chain handle, and two pompoms hanging from either end.

There are 3 toggles;

• Default (purse hangs on the right shoulder)
• Front (model holds the purse’s chain with both hands in front of them)
• Elbow (model holds the purse’s chain on the crook of her arm, hanging down)

By default, the main section of the purse (the bow shape) is a bright red (#720400), the clasp is an old gold color (#725346) and the pompoms are off-white (#f8f8f8).

Day Five – Ice Skating Pose Pack

For day five, we have the pose pack, and it’s the Ice Skating Pose Pack.

This special edition, advent calendar exclusive pose pack features four different ice skating inspired poses, which is so cute as you can use them on the skating rink in the lobby, when playing the normal rounds, or at the skating rink at the winter quest train station.

The four poses are;

• Strategy
• Icy
• Star
• Tens

I’ve got to be honest, I can’t see myself using any of these at any other time apart from the limited edition skating rink, but it’s still a fun prize for the DTI advent calendar.

Day Six – Hand & Arm Henna Designs

For day six, the DTI team has given us a new Indian inspired item, after introducing Desi jewelry for both VIP and non-VIP.

Owen (M0t0Princesss) did tell us he’d be adding more Indian inspired items, and this must be one of the items he was referring to.

There are no toggles, but you can change the color easily. It also doubles up as tattoos / body art.

It puts the henna design on both hands/wrists, and it’s beautiful.

Day Seven – Henna Neck Design

For day seven, we got another henna design, to match the hand henna designs we got yesterday.

I was hoping for a festive choker to complement the Santa set, but this is still a cute addition to the game.

By default, it’s a metallic silver with a filigree design, and little gem-like detailing.

You can change the color easily, and it’ll match any outfit you put together.

Day Eight – Winter Pattern Pack 2024

Day eight is a very exciting gift, and it’s the Winter Pattern Pack 2024.

For the winter update, we got twelve new patterns, and for the winter pattern pack, we got eight new wintery themed patterns, which is amazing. I thought we might get one or two, but never eight – that’s so generous!

That takes us to 20 new patterns for this update.

PLUS, we can see that day 12 (Wednesday) is also more patterns, so I guess that we’ll get the Christmas Pattern Pack 2024, as this pack was all winter themed, so the next one will most likely be all Christmassy and festive patterns… just an educated guess.

This pack is stunning, with eight different patterns to help you create the most beautiful wintery outfits, and now I’m super excited for day 12’s pattern pack!

Day Nine – $3000 In-Game Currency

We were right about day 9, and it’s in-game currency.

We received $3000 in-game currency, which is a really generous amount, especially for those wanting to get hold of the two winter update pose packs (winter and emote).

Day Ten – Winter Makeup Pack 2024

Day Ten’s prize is the Winter Makeup Pack 2024, which is six pre-made makeup faces.

These faces are available for everyone, as they’re pre-made faces, and can be found within the pre-made makeup look screen.

I really hoped that those with custom makeup would be rewarded, and the single elements within the 6 new faces would be available for custom faces – but no.

All the elements within these six faces (like eye makeup, eyes, lips, brows, blush) are not available for use, unless you use these pre-made faces.

The looks are;

• A Grinch inspired makeup look with red and green lips
• A red, white and green makeup look with icy white eyes
• A cute feminine reindeer inspired makeup look with a reindeer nose and brown and red lips
• A deer inspired look with a very pointed nose (really hate this one – sorry)
• Another pointed nose look with lime green eyes and very arched eyebrows
• A weary elf inspired makeup look.

I wish we could use the eyes and nose from the first three looks. It’s such a shame that they’re only available via the pre-made faces.

Day Eleven – Stacked Presents Item

The prize for day eleven, is a stack of three gifts, which is an item, and can be found under the trophy tab in the dressing rooms.

The gifts have three toggles, you can have them stacked in front of you but slightly leaning to one side, all three gifts stacked on one arm, and three smaller gifts in both hands.

You can change the colors of the three gifts, and the ribbons on all three gifts, and use solid colors or patterns.

Day Twelve – Festive Pattern Pack 2024

Day twelve is Christmas Day, so it had to be a good prize, and it really was.

We got ten new festive patterns, after we got the Winter Pattern Pack 2024 on day eight.

We got eight patterns in the winter pack, so it’s amazing to get even more in the “festive” version of the pack.

All eight patterns are beautiful plaid designs in variations of red, green, white and black.

I do wish these patterns came sooner in the calendar though, imagine how many cute festive outfits we could have made in the run-up to Christmas.

Day Thirteen – Steampunk Dress

We got a really exciting prize for day thirteen, and it’s this adorable steampunk dress.

It’s the cutest little dress, and has two toggles; default (the full dress), and top only (which removes the skirt section).

By default, the blouse is white (#ffffff), the corset is red (#950000), the bow and lace is red (#6c0000), the skirt is brown (#48352f) and the buttons are gray (#a3a2a5).

It’s such a beautiful item, and one that will be amazing for so many different themes.

Day Fourteen – Feather Boa

We are so close to the end now, with just one more day after today.

For today, we got a feather boa item. It’s a really cute boa, and comes with two toggles; high and low, which changes where the boa sits on the arms, and is white by default (#ffffff).

There’s already a boa in VIP (which was recently reworked as part of the Winter update), but non-VIP don’t have anything like this, so it’s a great prize for those that are non-VIP.

Day Fifteen – New Hairstyle (the very last day)

The final day is finally here, and for the very last day we got a brand new hairstyle.

It’s not just any hairstyle either, it’s another dynamic hairstyle, with the last and only other dynamic hairstyle being the long straight hairstyle from the Halloween update.

This new hairstyle comes with four toggles;

• Stiff (static hairstyle)
• Animated: Slight Wind
• Animated: Side Wind
• Animated: Front Wind

It’s a medium length, layered hairstyle without bangs, and it can be worn still, slightly moving all over, blowing to one side, or blowing backwards music video style.

There are two colors to choose within the style, so you can have highlights/lowlights too.

The Reward Item For Completing All 15 Days

If you logged in every single day during the 15 days, after claiming day 15, you get a pop-up with the special rare feather gown.

As soon as you collect day 15’s prize, you also get a pop-up in the bottom corner to say: “Badge Awarded: X won Dress To Impress Group’s Collected Every Gift From The Advent Calendar Award”

The prize is the most beautiful, elegant, floor-length feather gown.

This feather gown has five different toggle options:

• Default – the dress as default with a metallic deep blue bodice color (#677881), pale blue glitter scales accents (#ccecff) and pale blue feathers (#ccecff).
• Matte – makes the bodice a matte deep blue color (#677881), pale blue glitter scales accents (#ccecff) and pale blue feathers (#ccecff).
• Supports Patterns – so you can use patterns on the bodice (you cannot use patterns on the feathers or glitter – only solid colors)
• Scales On/Off – so you can choose to remove the glitter scales
• Sleeves On/Off – so you can choose to have a long sleeve option or sleeveless.

So, what can we see in the outlines? I’ve zoomed in to see, and I think I can see what the items are, but unless it says claimed next to each one, they are just guesses:

• Day 1 – Santa Hat (claimed)
• Day 2 – Santa Boots (claimed)
• Day 3 – Santa Dress (we have seen a sneak peek of this, so we know this is definite)
• Day 4 – Santa Bow Clutch Purse (we have seen a sneak peek of this, so we know this is definite)
• Day 5 – Advent Calendar Pose Pack (we have seen a sneak peek of this, so we know this is definite)
• Day 6 – Looks like some festive gloves? (wrong: it was henna designs)
• Day 7 – Looks like a necklace or scarf? (wrong: it was a neck henna design)
• Day 8 – Unsure on this one – could be the new makeup looks mentioned below or something similar? (it was a winter pattern pack)
• Day 9 – In-game currency (it was $3000)
• Day 10 – Looks like it could be makeup looks? (it was a collection of pre-made faces)
• Day 11 – Looks like it could be gift box props? (it was a stack of 3 gift boxes)
• Day 12 – Same pic as day 8 – (a festive pattern pack)
• Day 13 – Elf Dress (I’m pretty sure it’s the elf dress Holly is wearing in the quest from the shape – it’s identical) (it was a steampunk dress)
• Day 14 – Could be a garland, scarf or boa? (it was a feather boa)
• Day 15 – Looks to be a new hairstyle? (it was a dynamic medium-length hairstyle)
• EXTRA SPECIAL REWARD: A feather gown.

In the Dress To Impress Discord, Zac confirmed the following:

“Some new makeup by the incredible @vixen ❤️ The top 4 feminine faces will be apart of our Winter Advent Calendar!”

So we know these makeup looks are coming during the advent calendar, but we’ll have to wait to see which of the fifteen days will give us these stunning makeup looks.
