Before the Dress To Impress winter update launched, we had lots of exciting sneak peeks showing us what we could expect during the update.
One of the sneak peeks the DTI shared with us, was the Ice Queen set, on two feminine models standing on ice, but fans are wondering, what happened to the Dress To Impress ice queen bodysuit?
What Happened To The Dress To Impress Ice Queen Bodysuit?
When the update was sneak peeked, there was a short video released (which has had over 8 million views on TikTok), which showed the above two feminine body models standing on ice, with snow falling on them.
In this video/image, we can see lots of new items, like the new makeup looks, the new short and long hairstyle, new heeled shoes, flowing sleeves, an ice dress, arm sleeves and a skintight bodysuit.
It’s such a beautiful set, and it was announced that we could win the “Ice Queen Set”, by completing the Winter Quest.
Everyone was really excited about completing the quest, so they could get their hands on these items – myself included.
When we won the winter quest, we only received the new Ice Queen Heels, Ice Queen Dress and Ice Queen Sleeves.
We never received the Ice Queen Bodysuit, and I, for one, am gutted, as it looked so beautiful.
There’s nothing like it in the game, and the skintight look would make it so versatile for many different themes.
Unfortunately, the bodysuit version of the Ice Queen Set has been removed due to Roblox. Roblox wouldn’t allow it in the game, I guess, because of how skintight and form revealing it is.
Which doesn’t make sense to me, considering how skimpy and, ehrm, revealing the Santa Corset is from day 2 of the Advent Calendar.
Obviously, Dress To Impress is intended for everyone, including children, so Roblox likes to keep items and patterns PG.
I think it’s better that it was removed before we got it, as it would’ve been worse to receive it, use it, love it and then lose it, I guess.
We do already have a bodysuit type item within the game, and it’s a Robux item, but it’s a short sleeve bodysuit, and it doesn’t cling to the body as much as the DTI Ice Queen Bodysuit does.
I truly hope the developers/designers are redesigning the item, so it passes Robox’s requirements, as it’s such a beautiful item, and so many of us are gutted we can’t have it.
Until then, we’ll have to stick with the stunning heels, sleeves and dress – I absolutely love all three!
