We have all been waiting a very long time for the Dress To Impress Style Showdown new gameplay mode to launch.
It was first teased back in early January, and it was supposed to launch on February 8th, however it wasn’t ready.
It was then promised February 15th, and literally, the day before, there was an announcement that it was going to be pushed back yet again, and now the DTI Style Showdown is launching March 1st… finally. Keep on reading to find out what time does Dress To Impress Style Showdown launch?
What Is Dress To Impress Style Showdown?
Style Showdown is said to be the ultimate game-mode of fashion survival, Style Showdown is a completely new way to play Dress To Impress, with a brand new runway, new voting system, and even a new map for getting dressed in.
It’s said to be a mix of RuPaul’s Drag Race and the TV show Survivor, with a fashion twist.
Players will be taking part in competitions with other players, and you’ll dress up for a particular theme, and at the end of the round, the other players get to choose their top 3 favorites.
Contestants will then stand above rings on the floor, which are trap doors, and whoever is voted out, will fall through the ring and leaves the competition for having the least-liked outfit from the remaining contestant line-up.
We’ve seen a sneak peek of four gameplay modes; Double Elimination, Immunity Idol, Vote Reveal and Speed Round, which are all features within the game.
We also know that Style Showdown is going to be hosted by Lana.
